Agrowill Group AB - Notification on material event

Non-public bonds emission redeemed

On 23 December 2008 Agrowill Group AB successfully bought out LTL 9.48 million
(EUR 2.75 million) non-public bonds emission and continues it's plan to reduce
the amount of financial debt.

Part of funds were gathered from new successfully issued non-public 
bonds emission of LTL 2.3 million (EUR 0.66 million).
