Publishing of Atorka Group‘s Financial statements delayed

Atorka Group hf. will not publish the annual results 2008 in the end of April
as announced before. 

Based on art. 56, paragraph 2 of Act no. 108/2007 on Securities Transactions,
companies that only have debt securities admitted to trading on a regulated
market and the denomination per unit is at least 50,000 EUR face value on
issued date, do not need to publish its financial statements. 

The financial statements will be presented at Atorka‘s annual general meeting.
