Notice on the resolutions of the Supervisory Board

On 7th of May, 2010 Stumbras AB Supervisory Board adopted the following
resolutions: 
1.	The Company's Supervisory Board accepted the resignation from Management
Board member duties statement by Board member Mr. Raimondas Kurlianskis. 
2.	The Company's Supervisory Board elected Mr. Julius Gendvilis as the
Management Board member of the Company.
