REPURCHASE OF COMPTEL CORPORATION'S OWN SHARES

The Board of Directors of Comptel Corporation has decided to repurchase
Comptel's own shares. The shares will be purchased through public trading on
the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki at the market price at the time of trading. The maximum
amount of 800,000 shares will be repurchased, and the repurchases will start on
9 December 2009 at the earliest. 

The share repurchases are based on the authorisation given by the Annual
General Meeting on 16 March 2009. Comptel currently holds 92,654 own shares.
