JANNE LARMA APPOINTED AS CEO OF AMANDA CAPITAL PLC



The board of directors appointed Janne Larma as CEO of Amanda Capital Plc in
the constitutive meeting of March 16, 2011. 

Janne Larma (born 1965) founded Advium Corporate Finance Ltd in 2000, prior to
which he had gained over 10 years of experience within investment banking. In
addition, Janne Larma has gained experience in asset management, as a board
member of eQ Asset Management as well as a member of the management group of eQ
Bank during the years 2004-2009. Janne Larma will continue in his current role
as CEO of Advium Corporate Finance. 



OPTION RIGHTS ALLOCATED TO JANNE LARMA

In the constitutive meeting of March 16, 2011 the board of directors decided to
allocate 450.000 option rights to Janne Larma from Amanda Capital Plc´s 2010
stock option scheme.
