New wording of the Articles of Association of ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS, AB was registered
ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS, AB (hereinafter – the Company) informs that on 4 July 2022 a new wording of the Articles of Association of the Company was registered in the Register of Legal Entities. We also note that the new wording of the Articles of Association was approved on 15 April 2022 during the General Shareholders Meeting.
