Konecranes Plc (ID 0942718-2) has on November 29, 2010, received a disclosure   
under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the 
holding of BlackRock, Inc. (USA Tax ID 32-0174421) in Konecranes has decreased  
below 10 percent. BlackRock, Inc. held 6,168,494 Konecranes' shares on November 
26, 2010, which is 9.95 percent of Konecranes' shares and votes.                

Konecranes has a total of 62,002,120 shares. The company has only one class of  
shares and each share entitles to one vote.
