Kauno Energija - Notification on material event

Regarding clearance of merger for AB Kauno Energija

Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania cleared on 10 October 2016 the
merger by which AB Kauno Energija acquired 100 per cent of UAB Petrašiūnų
katilinė shares and sole control. UAB Petrašiūnų Katilinė operates 19.2 MW
capacity biofuel burned boiler-house.
