As a result of a share transaction concluded April 26, 2007, the holding of     
Julius Baer Investment Management LLC on behalf of its clients, together with   
the Julius Baer International Equity Fund having Julius Baer Investment         
Management LLC as investment advisor, has exceeded five (5) per cent of the     
share capital of Ramirent Oyj. In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the
