Affecto Plc's shares subscribed with stock options

Between 1 June 2013 and 30 August 2013 a total of 1 000 shares have been
subscribed with the 2008C stock options (FI4000062229). As a result of the
share subscriptions, the number of Affecto's shares will increase to 21 893
735. 

The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on
12 September 2013. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 13
September 2013.
