CHANGE OF MANAGING DIRECTOR AT NORTHPORT OY

FINNAIR PLC	STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 	JULY 26, 2010 AT 15.15 p.m.
Managing Director Jukka Hämäläinen of ground handling company Northport Oy,
which belongs to the Finnair Group, will leave the company on 31 July 2010. Ari
Kuutchin (LL.M.) has been appointed Northport Oy's new Managing Director as of
1 August 2010. Kuutchin is currently Vice President Human Resources in the
Finnair Group. In his new post, he will report to Finnair's Deputy Chief
Executive Officer Lasse Heinonen and will be a member of the Finnair Group's
Board of Management.
