The shareholders meeting „Agrowill Group“ is considered invalid

The Meeting of Agrowill Group AB shareholders (company code 126264360, 
registered address: Smolensko st. 10, Vilnius) which was called on 
July 2, 2009, is considered invalid due to not presented quorum. 
Company informs, that amongst the shareholders which hold more 
than 5 percent of shares, only AB “ŽIA valda” was presented at 
the meeting.
