Stumbras AB - Notification on material event

Stumbras AB sales for the first six months of 2008

Stumbras AB sales amounted to LTL 15.05 million (EUR 4.36 million) in the month
of June 2008. Sales of alcoholic beverages increased by 24.0 % compared to LTL
12.13 million (EUR 3.51 million) in sales during same period of the previous
year. 

Stumbras AB sales reached LTL 69.45 million (EUR 20.11 million) in the first
six months of 2008.  Production sales increased by 3.67 % compared to LTL 66.99
million (EUR 19.40 million) in sales during same period of the previous year.
