Regarding conclusion of long-term credit agreement

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-10-23 15:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 22 October,
2012 AB ”Lietuvos dujos” and bank ”Swedbank”, AB concluded long-term credit
agreement regarding granting of a credit up to EUR 72 million. The purpose of
the credit is re-financing of financial liabilities and financing of the
activity of the AB ”Lietuvos dujos” transmission activity, which, in accordance
with the requirements of legal acts, will be unbundled from AB ”Lietuvos dujos”
by establishing a new transmission system operator company.
