CORRECTION: Notification on JSC Grigiskes manager's related party transactions

JSC Grigiskes has received a corrected notification of 23th January 2009 from
Ginvildos investicija, UAB closely related to the Chairman of Supervisory
Council Norimantas Stankevičius, Chairman of the Board and General director
Gintautas Pangonis and Member of the Board Norimantas Paliokas on the
transactions in issuer's securities (see attachment). Previously noted 22th
January 2009 transaction of 19000 shares purchase was not performed.
