have been published 


HKScan Corporation's 2010 annual report has been published in Finnish and
English. English translation may be downloaded in PDF format from the company's
website at www.hkscan.com > Investor information > Annual and interim reports. 

Along the annual report the company's Board of Directors has prepared a
corporate governance statement for 2010. The statement is also available on the
company's website. 

Printed versions of the annual report will be posted from week 14 on to all
registered shareholders with at least 750 HKScan shares. The report may also be
