Rokiskio Suris AB - Notification on material event

Sales of AB ”Rokiskio suris” group for January-November 2009

In November 2009, the consolidated non-audited sales made LTL 39.765 million
(EUR 11.517 million), i.e. by 23,94 per cent less than in the same period last
year. 
In November 2008, the consolidated sales made LTL 52.280 million (EUR 15.141
million). 
The preliminary consolidated non-audited sales of AB ”Rokiskio suris” group for
January-November 2009 made LTL 517.509 million (EUR 149.881 million), i.e. by
16,92 per cent less than in the same period last year. In January-November
2008, the consolidated sales made LTL 622.894 million (EUR 180.403 million).
