Sanoma’s Financial Statements and Board of Directors’ Report 2016 Published

Sanoma has today published its financial information for the year 2016
including Board of Directors’ Report, Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report
as well as Corporate Governance Statement. The materials are attached to this
release and available in English and Finnish at www.sanoma.com. 

Sanoma has also published a Remuneration Statement on www.sanoma.com. The
Annual Report and Corporate Sustainability Report for 2016 will be published on
the Group’s website on the week beginning March 13.
