THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT

2. Name of the shareholder subject to notification obligation

Shareholder Accendo Capital SICAV-SIF.

3. Reason for the notification

Acquisition or disposal of shares or voting rights. Accepting the exchange
offer made by Alma Media Corporation. Alma Media Corporation has on 17 November
2015 disclosed that it has concluded the execution transactions.
