ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT HAS ENTERED INTO A PLACEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CARNEGIE
INVESTMENT BANK 



Orava Residential REIT plc has today signed a placement agreement with Carnegie
Investment Bank AB (“Carnegie”) for the issuance of up to 4 million shares in
Orava Residential REIT, corresponding to a maximum increase of 50 per cent of
the existing amount of shares of Orava Residential REIT. The board of directors
of Orava Residential REIT has been given the authorisation to issue up to 6
million shares at the Annual General Meeting on 19 March, 2015. A total of
approximately 4.5 million shares remain unissued of the share issue
authorisation. 

Based on the placement agreement Carnegie has undertaken on best efforts basis
and by following the instructions from Orava Residential REIT, on one or
several occasions, to place or sell newly issued shares in Orava Residential
REIT at the prevailing market price. 

The purpose of the placement agreement is to raise new equity capital for
further growth as set in the strategic goals of the company as well as broaden
the shareholder base and increase awareness of Orava Residential REIT among
international institutional investors.
