Energijos Gamyba”, AB, informs that Group financial results of in 2015 will be
released according to the following: 

  -- February 27 - Consolidated interim financial statements for 12 months of
     2014;
  -- April 3 - Annual audited consolidated financial statements and consolidated
     report for the year 2014;
  -- May 29 - Consolidated interim financial statements for 3 months of 2015;
  -- August 31 - Consolidated interim financial statements and consolidated
     interim report for 6 months of 2015;
  -- November 27 - Consolidated interim financial statements for 9 months of
     2015.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is planned to be held on 27 April, 2015.
