Regarding the information announced on website dp.ru

The Company notifies that information announced on 07- 05-2008  in the website
www.dp.ru regarding MCC “EuroChem” intention to purchase the stocks of all the 
affiliated companies is not true. 
The author of the report is considered  responsible  for the misrepresentation. 

On May 6, 2008 the Company MCC "EuroChem" released the official statement in
its website http://www.eurochem.ru about the purchase of minor shareholders'
shares of two affiliated companies, i.e. Novomoskovsk “Azot” and  Nevinnomysk
“Azot”.
