Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

Concerning issuance of securities

On 21 October this year, AB Bank SNORAS Management Board made the decision to
raise its capital base by issuing LTL 120 million equivalent of Perpetual Tier
II Subordinated Notes as Private Placement. Upon receiving the permission from
The Bank of Lithuania Notes will be included into Tier II bank capital.
