RUUKKI GROUP'S SUBSIDIARY MOGALE ALLOYS BOARD TERMINATED THE CEO AGREEMENT OF   
JOHAN OOSTHUIZEN                                                                

The Board of Directors of Mogale Alloys (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ruukki       
Group's Minerals segment, has terminated the services of its CEO Mr. Johan      
Frederick Oosthuizen. Mr. Oosthuizen will continue to serve Mogale Alloys as a  
non-executive director.                                                         

Dr. Danko Koncar and Mr. Alwyn Smit have been appointed as non-executive        
directors. Dr Alistair Ruiters has been appointed as executive Chairperson. Dr. 
Ruiters is currently the CEO of Ruukki South Africa (Pty) Ltd.                  

Mr. Isak Carel “Callie” Pienaar has been appointed as acting Chief Operating    
Officer. By virtue of this appointment he will serve on the Board of Directors
of Mogale Alloys (Pty) Ltd as an Executive Director. Mr. Pienaar is currently   
the General Manager of the plant.
