DINO LEISTENSCHNEIDER APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF GROUP SOURCING AT RAMIRENT          

Dino Leistenschneider(39) M.Sc. (Eng.) has been appointed as the Director, Group
Sourcing of Ramirent Plc and a member of the Ramirent Group Management Team as  
of 1 September 2010. His responsibilities will include managing all non-fleet   
sourcing operations and supporting Fleet Management in equipment sourcing       
efforts.                                                                        

Dino Leistenschneider joins Ramirent from the position as Project Leader in     
business development at Skanska Industrial Production Nordics. Before that he   
has worked in various purchasing related positions at Skanska AB and Maxit Group
AB.                                                                             

“This new position is a part of Ramirent's strategy to unify the group and      
capture important synergies through better coordinated sourcing efforts. We are 
very happy to welcome Dino Leistenschneider to our team to develop this area
