TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

Television GALA and Internet ZEBRA services will be provided under a single TEO brand

The largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and television
services in Lithuania, TEO LT, AB (hereinafter - “TEO” or “the Company”) is
renewing its Internet and TV services, which will be provided under common
single TEO brand. Starting from 5 March 2014 television GALA will become TEO
television and from April Internet ZEBRA will be called TEO Internet. 

TEO is merging its brand names into one and, at the same time, offering new
generation services, which are more integrated as well as easier and more
intuitive to use. With a single name, the Company intends to present its
services more clearly to its private and business customers. 

The transition from separate Internet and television brand names to a single
one was also fostered by increasingly integrating TV and Internet features. The
customers of the interactive TV services are able to use Internet content on
their TV screen, while Internet users may watch TV on their PCs and smart
devices. 

Starting from 5 March 2014 TEO is also changing the interface of its IPTV
service - the customers will be able to use TV content more simply and
intuitively, easier find the programmes and video recordings. The new TV
interface also includes a new feature, making it possible to limit the time
children spend at the TV screen. 

“We intend to offer to our customers more and more added value and exclusive
features. We notice that people are using the most advanced TV and Internet
services very actively in their every-day lives. We will strive to make it
possible for them to use technologies intuitively, simply and easily,” - says
General Manager of TEO Kęstutis Šliužas. 

Starting from April 2014, part of TEO customers will have their Internet speed
increased, also the bundles, offering medium and the fastest Internet speed,
will be supplemented with more value added services. The services “TEO Wi-Fi“,
“Saugykla“ (“Storage”) and “Interneto Apsauga“ (“Internet Security”) will be
added to TEO Internet service bundles without imposing any additional fees.
These additional services will be provided depending on the bundle customers'
have chosen. 

The changes of TEO brands have started a year ago, when voice service started
to be associated with TEO name and the “ZEBRA belaidis mieste” has turned into
“TEO Wi-Fi”.
