On Resignation of the Board Members from the Board of the Company

Since 9 July, 2012, the Members of the Board of Žemaitijos Pienas, AB Arūnas
Šikšta and Alvydas Žabolis will leave their office. On 29 June, 2012 the
Supervisory Board approved the request of above mentioned persons to resign
from their office.
