NEW CHAIRMAN AND NEW MEMBER IN WULFF-GROUP'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS                 

In Wulff-Group Plc's Annual General Meeting held today, the previous Board      
members Ere (Erkki) Kariola, Ari Pikkarainen, Pentti Rantanen, Saku (Sakari)    
Ropponen and Heikki Vienola were re-elected and Andreas Tallberg was elected as 
a new member.                                                                   

The organising meeting of Wulff-Group Plc's Board of Directors, held after the  
Annual General Meeting, decided that the new Chairman of the Board is Saku      
(Sakari) Ropponen.
