NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10: CHANGE OF
THE OWNERSHIP IN STONESOFT CORPORATION 


Pursuant to the Securities Market Act (2:9) and according to the information
received by Stonesoft Corporation there has been a following change in the
ownership: 

The number of shares owned by Mr. Timo Syrjälä, his three minor children and
the companies where Syrjälä holds the controlling vote, in Stonesoft
Corporation have increased, as form February 16, 2007 to 3.324.953 representing
5,80% of the share capital and voting rights. The division of ownership between
the individuals and entities is currently as follows: 
		                                       
Timo Syrjälä, number of shares: 1.024.000, representing 1.79% of the share
capital and voting rights. 

Three minor children of Timo Syrjälä, number of shares: each 11.900 total of
35.700, representing 0,01% of the share capital and voting rights. 

Syrjälä & Co Oy, Company ID 0909980-1, number of shares: 1.095.000,
representing 1.91% of the share capital and voting rights 

Maijos Oy: Company ID 0673749-2, number of shares: 1.170.253, representing
2.04% of the share capital and voting rights 
                 

Stonesoft Corporation´s share capital comprises a total of 57.302.732 shares,
which convey a total of 57.302.732 votes.
