Componenta Corporation has received the following statement concerning a change
in shareholding dated 21 September 2009 from Cabana Trade S.A. and Oy
Högfors-Trading Ab, corporations where Heikki Lehtonen exercises control. 

”Notification of a change in shareholding in accordance with section 9 of
chapter 2 of the Securities Market Act 

The holding of corporations where Heikki Lehtonen exercises control has changed
in Componenta Corporation. Cabana Trade S.A.'s share of the total number of
shares and voting rights in Componenta Corporation has decreased below 30% and
Oy Högfors-Trading Ab's share of the total number of shares and voting rights
in Componenta Corporation has exceeded 10%. 

In accordance with section 9 of chapter 2 of the Securities Market Act, we
announce to the Financial Supervisory Authority and Componenta Corporation the
following: 

1) Target company: Componenta Corporation

2) Basis of notification of a change in shareholding: Share Issue 2009 and
share trading 

3) Date on which shareholding has changed: 21 September 2009  

4) Share of total number of shares and voting rights in Componenta Corporation: 

Cabana Trade S.A. now holds Componenta Corporation shares as follows:
Number of shares: 3 501 988 
Share of total number of shares: 20.06%   
Share of voting rights: 20.06%

Oy Högfors-Trading Ab now holds Componenta Corporation shares as follows: 
Number of shares: 1 806 052 
Share of total number of shares: 10.35%   
Share of voting rights: 10.35%

Heikki Lehtonen holds 3,300 shares in Componenta Corporation, with share of
total number of shares and voting rights of 0.02%. 

Altogether the shareholding of Heikki Lehtonen and the corporations where
Heikki Lehtonen exercises control is now the following in Componenta
Corporation: 
Number of shares: 5 311 340 
Share of total number of shares: 30.42%   
Share of voting rights: 30.42%

The basis of this calculation is the total number of shares of Componenta
Corporation after the Share Issue. The number of shares after the Share Issue
is 17 457 798 shares with voting rights of 17 457 798 pieces.
