Regarding resolutions of the Board of Directors of AB Amber Grid

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-06-11 15:50 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The first meeting
of the Board of Directors of AB Amber Grid, held on 11 June 2013, adopted the
following resolutions: 

  1. Тo elect Dr Rainer Link as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AB Amber
     Grid for the term of office of two years.
  2. To elect Dr Aleksandr Frolov as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
     of AB Amber Grid for the term of office of two years.
  3. To appoint Saulius Bilys to the position of the General Manager of AB Amber
     Grid with effect from 12 June 2013 and to conclude with him a fixed-term
     contract for the term of office of the Board of Directors by which he was
     appointed.
