AMANDA IV WEST -PRIVATE EQUITY FUND HELD FIRST CLOSING AT MEUR 77,0

Amanda IV West L.P., established and managed by Amanda, first closing has taken 
place today at amount of EUR 77,0 million. The Fund invests in unquoted         
companies in Western Europe through local private equity funds. The fund is     
going to continue fundraising and its final closing is going to take place by   
November 9, 2008.                                                               

The fund has already started investment activities by making investment         
commitments into two private equity funds. Both of these funds are closed for   
new investors.                                                                  

Amanda's management fees from the management and consultancy of private equity  
investments are EUR 4 million this year and in 2008 with the current agreement  
base.
