City Service consolidated results for the nine months of 2012 


Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-11-30 18:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City Service
announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the nine
months of 2012, prepared according to International Financial Reporting
Standards. 

The total consolidated City Service revenue for the nine months of 2012 was LTL
389 million (EUR 112.6 million), including LTL 214 million (ЕUR 62 million) in
foreign markets. Net profit for the period amounted to LTL 11.9 million (EUR
3.45 million), EBITDA for nine months of 2012 was LTL 31.8 million (EUR 9.2
million). 

Results were negatively impacted by a non-recurring accounting loss of LTL 7.4
million on disposal of ООО «Жилкомсервис № 2 Невского района», operating in St.
Petersburg.  After the disposal  four companies of the Group continue to
operate in St. Petersburg. 

In absence of a non-recurring loss on disposal of subsidiary in St. Petersburg,
consolidated City Service net profit for the nine months of 2012 would have
amounted to LTL 19.3 million (EUR 5.6 million), EBITDA - LTL 31.8 million (EUR
9.2 million), an increase of 12% and 13% over 2011 accordingly. 

After disposal of mentioned company in St. Petersburg, the results for the nine
months in this market are the best through all history of operation, stated
