Audra Jauniškienė on May 26th, 2011 withdrew from position of finance and
administration 
director of AB “Vilniaus degtinė“. From the above stated date, Audra
Jauniškienė also resigned 
from the member of the board of AB “Vilniaus degtinė“. 

By the decision of the AB “Vilniaus degtinė“ Supervisory Board was revoked
member of the 
Management Board Danas Kerbelis and elected new member of the Management Board
of 
 AB “Vilniaus degtinė” - Domas Kačinskas.
