Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB - Notification on material event

Unaudited Performance Results of Panevėžio statybos trestas AB Company and Group for the First Quarter of 2013

Referring to the unaudited data, during three months of 2013 the Group of
Panevėžio statybos trestas AB (PST) was on the income of 64.2 mln. Litas (18.6
mln. EUR), that is by 1.43 times more than last year. The PST Group had a loss
for the first quarter of 2013. The before-tax loss of the Group amounted to
1.07 mln. Litas (0.31 mln. EUR) for the reported period, whereas for the first
quarter of 2012 the loss of the Group amounted to 3.3 mln. Litas (0.98 mln.
EUR). 

The PST Company was on the income of 45.4 mln. Litas (13.1 mln. EUR) and had a
before-tax loss in the amount of 0.8 mln. Litas (0.23 mln. EUR). 

The loss of the Company was conditioned by delay in spring related work season.
