Konecranes has on January 2, 2018, received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which, as a result of an intra-group transfer, the holding of HTT KCR Holding Oy Ab in Konecranes Plc’s shares and votes has fallen below 5 percent and the holding of HC Holding Oy Ab in Konecranes Plc’s shares and votes has exceeded 5 percent.

HTT KCR Holding Oy Ab (Business ID  2301146-6) has on December 31, 2017 merged into HC Holding Oy Ab (Business ID 2279939-4). Both companies are Finnish limited companies and fully owned subsidiaries of Hartwall Capital Oy Ab (Business ID 0711984-8).

By way of merger, HTT KCR Holding Oy Ab has dissolved and its assets and liabilities, including Konecranes shares owned by it, have transferred to HC Holding Oy Ab.
