Notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act: Oy Högfors-Trading Ab’s holding in Componenta has exceeded 15% and Cabana Trade S.A’s holding in Componenta has fallen below 10%

Componenta has on 22 August 2014 received the following notification pursuant
to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, concerning the shares of
Componenta Corporation. 

“The holding of Oy Högfors-Trading Ab, where Heikki Lehtonen exercises control,
in Componenta Corporation's shares and voting rights has exdeeded 15% and the
holding of Cabana Trade A.S., where Heikki Lehtonen exercises control, in
Componenta Corporation's shares and voting rights has fallen below 10%. The
changes in shareholding are related to the Share Issue (”Private Placement”)
where 15 million shares were directed to a limited group of selected investors
as described in the stock exchange release announced on 15 August 2014 by
Componenta. 

In accordance with Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, we
announce to the Financial Supervisory Authority and Componenta Corporation the
following:

The calculation basis for the flagging is the total number of Componenta
Corporation shares following the share issue (Private Placement). Total number
of the registered shares after the share issue is 44,269,224 shares which have
44,269,224 votes in total.”
