FAST-1 slhf. - Company Announcement

FAST-2 ehf., a subsidiary of FAST-1 slhf. purchased property in Klettagarðar

FAST-2 ehf., a subsidiary of FAST-1 slhf., has purchased the property located at
Klettagarðar 13, 104 Reykjavík.  The property is 8.927 sq.m. and is leased to N1
hf.  The purchase is in accordance with FAST-1 slhf., the parent of FAST-2 ehf.,
investment policy and financed in accordance with the published target capital
structure of the group.  The asset will be pledged as collateral towards the
outstanding bond issue of FAST-1 slhf. in the same manner as the group's other
assts.  The purchase price in confidential.
