Basware expands cooperation with major Finnish forest industry group by offering
accounts payable automation and e-invoicing services

Basware has signed an agreement on the delivery of accounts payable automation
and e-invoicing services to a major forest industry group in Finland. With the
new agreement, the customer will be using the accounts payable automation and e-
invoicing services on Basware's flexible cloud-based Alusta platform. The value
of the five-year agreement exceeds EUR 1.3 million. The new services will be
deployed globally."We are very pleased to offer solutions to develop and enhance the financial
processes of our long-term customer. The customer will be able to receive 100%
of their 500,000 annual invoices as e-invoices via the open Basware Commerce
Network. Automated invoice processing significantly improves the transparency
