The activity audited result of the year 2010

Audited net profit of the Company of the year 2010 is LTL 3,737 thousand (EUR
1,082 thousand) according to the International accounting standards, and a net
profit of the Group is LTL 4.167 thousand (EUR 1.207 thousand). 

Sales income of the Company on the year 2010 was LTL 305.441 thousand (EUR
88.462 thousand). The income of the Group was LTL 306.856 thousand (EUR 88.872
thousand). 

Audited results differ from announced unaudited results due to the re-count of
postponed income taxes. According to the International accounting standards the
net profit of the Company was LTL 6.039 thousand (EUR 1.749 thousand) and the
net profit of the Group was LTL 5.793 thousand (EUR 1.678 thousand).
