LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the Change of Indirectly Controlling Person

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-09-28 08:46 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Following the
resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania as of 4 July 2012,
the state-owned shares of UAB “Visagino Atominė Elektrinė” (total amount is
4,067,163,632 ordinary registered uncertificated shares with a nominal value of
LTL 1 each), possessed, used and disposed under the right of trust by Ministry
of Energy and giving 100 % of votes in UAB “Visagino Atominė Elektrinė” general
meeting of shareholders, were transferred to Ministry of Economy on 27
September 2012. 
UAB “Visagino Atominė Elektrinė” currently owns 82.63 % shares of AB LESTO.
