Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

AB Bank SNORAS finished placement of the Bond issue

On 20 March 2011 AB Bank SNORAS finished the placement of Fixed rate bond issue
No.1.  244 474 bonds with nominal value of LTL 100 and fixed 4 percent annual
interest rate were issued. Nominal value of the issue is 24 447 400 LTL.
Redemption of bonds is on 22 March 2012.
