Asiakastieto Group strengthens its selection in sales, communications and
marketing services by company acquisition

Asiakastieto Group Plc acquires the entire capital stock of Emaileri Oy, which
is established through a division from Websonic Oy, a provider of services in
electronic communications and marketing. The agreement was signed today
28.9.2017, and the transaction enters into force on 1.10.2017. The transaction
price will not be revealed.

The net sales of Emaileri business operations for the financial period 2016
amounted to 2.0 million euros. The net sales of Asiakastieto's Customer
Management product area for 2016 was 3.7 million euros. Emaileri offers a
service platform for e-mail marketing and newsletter communications.

Asiakastieto Group's CEO Jukka Ruuska: "Excellent databases and analytical
competence as the basis, Asiakastieto invests also in sales and marketing
services. Emaileri reinforces this growing product area and enables growth also
in the future. After the transaction, the sales and marketing services will
constitute slightly over a tenth of Asiakastieto's net sales. The expert
knowledge and agile entrepreneurial approach of Emaileri and its personnel will
help us to build the base for even stronger service development in sales and
marketing."

The operation of the new Emaileri Oy will continue as a separate company. Toni
Jalonen's wide-range competence and insight will also be utilised in
Asiakastieto's other service development.
