Holders of Biohit Oyj convertible bond sell loan back to company

The holders of Biohit Oyj's convertible bond have sold the loan back to the
company. 

On 28 October 2010, Biohit Oyj issued a convertible bond targeted at
institutional investors. The value at the moment of issue was EUR 4.05 million.
The fixed coupon rate of the bond is 6.5% and it has a five-year maturity. Each
share of the loan of EUR 4,500 entitles the holder to exchange the share of the
loan for 1,000 B shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.17. The rate of exchange
of the share is EUR 4.5. The loan can be exchanged for a maximum of 900,000
Biohit Oyj shares. 

Biohit Oyj paid the loan back to the holders of the convertible bond on 1
February 2012.
