Componenta will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2012 on Thursday,
28 February 2013 at 12.00 (EET). The Bulletin will be available on the
company's website www.componenta.com after publishing. 

Press conference

A press conference for analysts and media representatives will be arranged on
the same day, 28 February 2013 at 13.00 (EET) in Käpylä, in auditorium of the
Sato house, at the address Panuntie 4, 00610 Helsinki. Those wishing to attend
the press conference are requested to notify the company latest on 27 February
2013 at 14.00, by email ir.componenta@componenta.com or tel +358 10 403 2744. 

Joining via webcast

The press conference will be webcast simultaneously starting at 13.00 (EET) on
Componenta's website at www.componenta.com. It is possible to present questions
to CEO and President Heikki Lehtonen during the webcast or sending them
beforehand to ir.componenta@componenta.com.
