Regarding Guaranty Agreement with Swedbank AB related to Kaunas Cogeneration Plant 120 000 000 EUR Credit Agreement

Lietuvos Energija, UAB, (hereinafter – the Company) identification code 301844044, registered office placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total nominal value of issued bonds 300 000 000 EUR; ISIN code XS1646530565.

Company signed a Guaranty Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on 18 October, 2017 with Swedbank AB for 120 million EUR loan granted to Kaunas CHP on 31 May, 2017. 

The Company is proportionally guaranteeing together with Fortum Oyi. The maximum amount for which Company can be liable is 68 million EUR. The guaranty is valid for 5 years.
