CANCELLATION OF DOVRE GROUP PLC'S 2010A AND 2010B STOCK OPTIONS

Dovre Group Plc has cancelled a total of 345,000 2010A stock options and a
total of 380,000 2010B stock options. After the cancellation, the remaining
555,000 2010A stock options entitle holders to subscribe for 555,000 shares of
Dovre Group Plc. The remaining 395,000 2010B stock options entitle holders to
subscribe for 395,000 shares of Dovre Group Plc. 

The change will be registered in the Finnish Trade Register without undue delay.
