Republik of Lithuania) the financial Statements have been prepared in
accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards. 
The result of the Company‘s for the  first half-year of 2009 
•	the pre-audited profit before taxes LTL 22,25  million(EUR 6,44     million)
            (during the previours year was LTL 2,80 million (EUR 0,81 million)
the loss 
•	the sales income of the six months of the year 2009 comprised LTL 
233,33million 
(EUR 67,58  million.)
(during the previous year was LTL  159,15 million (EUR 46,09  million)).
•	net profit  LTL 18,24  million (EUR 5,28   million)  
( during the previours year was LTL  1,44 million, ( EUR 0,42 million)) the net
loss. 

During the first half-year the plant's earnings were bigger than planned. The
profit was made on production and recalculating of reserve. The increase of
profit was determined by the growth of production, optimisation of the
expenditures on activities and the considerably decreased prices of natural
gas. 
ENCLOSED: complete set of Financial Statements for 6 months of 2009,  approval
by responsible persons.
