2024-05-02 12:30:00 CEST 2024-05-02 12:30:03 CEST REGULATED INFORMATION Evli Oyj - Total number of voting rights and capitalEvli Plc: Conversion of Series A shares to Series B sharesEVLI PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE ON MAY 2, 2024, AT 1:30 PM (EET/EEST) Evli Plc: Conversion of Series A shares to Series B shares The Board of Directors of Evli Plc has in its meeting on April 22, 2024 approved request of shareholders to convert 20,000 Series A shares of Evli Plc to Series B shares in accordance with Article 3 in the Articles of Association. As a result of the conversion of shares, the company’s amount of Series A shares totals 14,405,812 and the amount of Series B shares totals 12,079,087. The conversion does not affect the total amount of shares which is 26,484,899. The number of votes of the company's shares is after the conversion 300,195,327. The conversions of shares were registered in the Trade Register on May 2, 2024. The converted shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki together with the old shares on May 3, 2024.
