SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH RAUTE CORPORATION'S STOCK OPTIONS 2010

A total of 15,500 Raute's series A new shares have been subscribed for with
Raute' stock options 2010 A, 2010 B and 2010 C between April 1, 2015 and April
23, 2015. As a result of the subscriptions, the company's share capital will
increase with EUR 31,000.00 from EUR 8,030,456.00 to EUR 8,061,456.00. The
number of Raute's series A shares will increase from 3,024,067 pcs to 3,039,567
pcs and the total amount of shares from 4,015,228 pcs to 4,030,728 pcs. 

The new shares subscribed for with the stock options 2010 have been registered
in the Trade Register on May 7, 2015 as of which date the new shares will
establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki together with the old shares as of May 8, 2015. 

The share subscription period for stock options 2010 A is from March 1, 2013 to
March 31, 2016, for stock options 2010 B from March 1, 2014 to March 31, 2017
and for stock options 2010 C from March 1, 2015 to March 31, 2018. The terms
